Welcome to our Urban Micro-Factory!
Poolp was founded by Thomas Sicouri and Lorenzo Rogai Fauvette with a simple yet radical idea: what if we could turn plastic waste into something beautiful, useful, and built to last? Armed with industrial robots, algorithmic design, and a passion for circularity, we set out to reinvent how things are made.
We don’t mass-produce - we craft on demand. We don’t just recycle - we give materials a second life. From discarded plastic to bio-sourced compounds, everything we use is carefully selected to shape architectural and design solutions that are as bold as they are sustainable.
By rethinking materials and processes, we cut waste, reduce emissions, and create smarter alternatives to traditional manufacturing. One layer at a time, we’re proving that sustainability and innovation can go hand in hand.
From Waste To Design!

Our values
Responsible Choices.
We work exclusively with 100% recycled and bio-sourced materials, giving plastic waste a second life and exploring new sustainable alternatives. By continuously developing and refining our materials, we ensure that every project supports a cleaner planet - without compromising performance, durability, or aesthetics.

Tailor-Made
Design
No limits - just endless possibilities.
We leverage advanced computational design to create fully customizable solutions, digitally manufactured to perfection. From concept to production, each piece is tailor-made and precisely optimized for robotic 3D printing, unlocking new creative and functional possibilities.

Fully Circular
Process
Nothing is wasted - everything is printed.
We operate within a closed-loop system, where all production waste is recovered, reprocessed, and reintegrated into new prints. This fully circular approach drastically reduces CO₂ emissions, making our manufacturing model both scalable and truly sustainable.
